The Emergency First Response course is a one day CPR and First Aid Training certification that focuses on building confidence in lay rescuers and increasing their willingness to respond when faced with a medical emergency. The EFR course, or equivalent valid First Aid certificate, is needed in order to enrol in the PADI Rescue Diver course.
